You'll need an UNZIP application like WinZip to extract the audio and artwork files.

To make a CD copy, use your CD-Burning software and burn the tracks in order, with no space between songs ("Disc-At-Once")

To print the artwork, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader, and a printer.
Print the artwork at 100%.  Do not "reduce to fit" or "fit to page"
Cut out the artwork, fold along the lines, and put into a standrd jewel case.
